The world of Demon Slayer manifests into real life through beautiful artistic Japanese sweets known as wagashi. The collaboration goods will be released by Aniplex and Q-pot. starting February 14, 2021 in Japan.

The illustration of this collaboration features the main characters of Demon Slayer dressed in Taisho era attire. Each character is wearing their matching Q-pot. sweets accessory!
The Designs
Each piece is made in Japan by trained craftsmen using delicate techniques cultivated over many years of experience. The collaboration will be divided into 2 rounds.

Destroy All Evil Demons Chocolate Necklace and Earrings
During the Taisho period, there was a period of cultural instability as Western culture started trickling into Japan. This is when “koyokoreito” (chocolate) came to Japan and it’s been loved ever since. The chocolate piece features an engraving of the phrase “Destroy All Evil Demons,” as seen on the blades of the Hashira. Wear these accessories like a protective talisman.

Wagashi Bag Charm
The characters of Demon Slayer are reborn as delicate Japanese sweets such as dorayaki, nerikiri, monaka, and yokan. Q-pot. designed the charms with the characters’ costumes, relationships, and backstories in mind. In total, there are 8 designs:

Trick Ghost Necklace
Q-pot.’s popular gluttonous ghost character dressed as the Demon Slayer main characters. They’re all playful and unique necklaces that don the characters’ hairstyles, facial expressions, and meaningful items hidden within the ghosts’ stomach. So, when combined with the matching Nichirin Blade Charms (below), your Demon Slayer power level will maximize.

Nichirin Blade Charm
The matching charms for the gluttonous ghost necklaces (above). Each sword’s blade shape, color, brim, and overall design match important details of the respective character. Note, that only the Hashira’s swords have engravings and that Nezuko’s charm is her wooden box, not a sword. The craftsmen condensed the artistry of Japanese swords into these intricate accessories.

The collaboration goods will be displayed at the Q-pot.’s Omotesando shop before the release date starting February 6 into early March 2021. Fans can see and try on the accessories in advance. However, the items will not be available for purchase at the Q-pot. CAFE.

Q-pot. is an accessories brand created by designer Tadaaki Wakamatsu. The brand creates unique “positive accessories” using motifs such as chocolate, macarons, and biscuits which have become very popular leading to collaborations in many collaborations in various industries around the world. About Demon Slayer
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is a top-selling shounen anime and manga that’s gained massive popularity over the last few years. Set in the Taisho era in Japan, protagonist Tanjiro finds his family slaughtered by a demon. The only survivor is his younger sister Nezuko, but she’s been transformed into a demon herself. Tanjiro becomes a ‘”demon slayer” in order to avenge his family and find the cure for his sister.
Demon Slayer is streaming on Netflix, Crunchyroll, Adult Swim, Hulu, and Funimation. Fans await the new movie, Demon Slayer The Movie: Mugen Train, which is scheduled to be released in America and Canada later this year.
