All Red Gothic Lolita Outfit @ Have a Nice Day

Happy Valentine’s Day!

I actually wore this all red outfit for Lunar New Year for auspicious reasons. Red is the color of good luck! I need to maximize my luck stat for the rest of 2025, so I piled on every red item I owned.

On this day, we went to the Have a Nice Day’s annual Lunar New Year market at The Ion building in downtown. These photos were taken across the street though. In my red envelope, I received a $25 gift card to a very nice Malaysian restaurant. Lucky me!

This was actually my first time wearing this much red at once. I’ve wanted to try aka lolita (all red lolita) for a long time now and I finally did it! I call it “redmaxing.” When I think of red lolita, I think of some of Moon Kana’s old magazine spreads from Gothic & Lolita Bible volume 3 and volume 4. Her bold outfits really stood out at the time.

Stephano wears an all red gothic lolita outfit featuring a lot of frills and lace. The dress is Atelier Pierrot's signature corset one piece dress with corset lacing and a tiered skirt. The accessories are red lace headdress, spider lily hairpin, solid red tights, and red platform mary janes.

What I’m wearing

  • Head
    • Atelier Pierrot Gothic Lattices Headdress (Clip Version)
    • Atelier Boz rose brooch from Luka Croszeria OP
    • Chou Chou Ange spider lily hairpin
  • Tops
  • Legs
    • Snag Tights solid red tights
    • Belladonna Deluxe Wrist Cuffs
  • Shoes
    • Atelier Pierrot Lace-Up Platform Pumps
  • Accessories
    • Automatic Honey Royal Heart Ring
    • Symphony of the Vampire Blood Crystal Ring
    • Rouge Aerie Designs Nephelai Choker

Matching reds? Never heard of her. The most difficult part was balancing the different red undertones. Technically, some of these pieces like the blouse and shoes are bordeaux color, so they are slightly cooler toned. I worked with what I had and I think I managed to pull it off. There is one contradicting piece though. I really wanted to wear this higanbana hair comb I bought in Hiroshima, but higanbana can symbolize death. Not very auspicious, but it is pretty goth.

Sarah suggested this wall, but it was too bright for that. This photo turned out nice though!

Extra photos

Although I channeled the good luck for myself, so far the year hasn’t been that great, haha. Maybe when I get this post published, things will change.

Hope everyone has a prosperous new year!

  2. The reds look lovely together, but I’m head over heels with all the different shapes of your coord! The details of the sleeve compliment the skirt so well, I love love love it! And great way of combo-ing valentine’s and News Year hahaha
