Welcome to the Harbor Lantern Festival! Harbor Lantern Festival is a Genshin Impact themed pop-up cafe hosted by Popfancy Dessert Bar. From the same team who brought various anime cafes, such as the Sailor Moon cafe and Attack on Titan cafe, along with several K-pop cafes, enter the world of Teyvat’s Liyue Harbor. Fans of the game will want to check out the themed menu and cosplay exhibit!

Genshin Impact is an award-winning action RPG game that took the world by storm with its release in 2020. Part of the game’s popularity comes from the vivid graphics and beautiful character designs.
Harbor Lantern Festival
Par the course of all Popfancy fan events, the dessert bar is transformed into an immersive experience. It looks like you stepped into the world of Teyvat! For this pop-up the decorations are made to resemble Liyue Harbor, an area of the game on the east side of the world Teyvat.
Genshin Impact Cosplay Exhibit
Inside guests will be free to view their cosplay exhibit featuring some of the most popular characters’ costumes. See the costumes of Kaedehara Kazuha, Yoimiya, Ningguang, Keging, Zhongli, Venti, Raiden Shogun, Xiao, Ganyu, Mona, and Barbara up close!
Attendees are welcome to wear their own cosplay and take photos!
Genshin Impact Foods in Real Life
Any good RPG has to have a food mechanic and Genshin Impact is no exception. Popfancy recreated several of the food items from the game for customers to try!
All-Delicacy Parcels
Restores 26% of Max HP to the selected character and regenerates 570 HP every 5s for 30s. Aka shumai dumplings with dipping sauce.
Chicken and Mushroom Skewer
Restores 9% of Max HP and an additional 1,000 HP to the selected character. Enjoy grilled chicken meatballs and champignon mushroom on a stick.
Dragon Beard Noodles
Increases all party members’ ATK by 194 for 300 seconds. Popfancy’s interpretation is a warm bowl of shrimp wonton noodle soup with shiitake mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, and yu choy.
Sakura Mochi
Revives a character and restores 1,200 HP. Mochi is a Japanese traditional sweet. It’s a rice cake wrapped around red bean filling.
Tricolor Dango
Restores 32% of Max HP and an additional 1,250 HP to the selected character. Another Japanese traditional dessert consisting of 3 mochi balls served with red bean.
Heatshield Potion + Dustproof Potion
Dustproof Potion: A potion that boosts Geo RES and keeps one from getting bothered by sand and dust. It has a strange taste not unlike that of magnets. It keeps a traveler clean from all the sand and dust out there. This potion is a golden longan honey green tea.
Heatshield Potion: A miraculous potion that boosts Pyro RES and makes one able to withstand high heat. It works not by cooling the body, but by helping the body acclimate to high temperatures. This potion is a strawberry jalapeño green tea with a sprinkle of Tajin.
Sugar-Frosted Slime
A truly exquisite sweet treat that came to a certain someone in a dream. This dream was made a reality through someone else’s hard work and, of course, a healthy dose of boom shaka-laka. Surely this is a gift fit for someone who belongs to the upper echelons of society. Though technically not an item you can eat in the game, this dessert is a blue jelly topped with powdered sugar.
Seven Treasures of Teyvat
The world of Teyvat has 7 nations that each worship a god. Each of the seven gods represents an element, totaling seven different elements. This shaved ice dessert also consists of seven components:
- Fontaine French vanilla ice cream
- Mondstadt wolfhook berries (blueberries)
- Sumeru prickly pear
- Snezhnaya snow (taro shaved ice)
- Natlan red pyro beans (red bean)
- Liyue silk flower pearls (strawberry boba pearls)
- Inazuma mochi pillows
Visit the Harbor Lantern Festival – Genshin Impact Cafe
Harbor Lantern Festival cafe is open March 11-21, 1-10 PM daily. If you plan on visiting on a weekday, walk-ins are more viable and you’ll avoid most crowds. On weekends, the easiest way to get in is to make a reservation online through Popfancy’s website. They have a convenient virtual queue system as well. On weekends (Fri-Sun), the event plays live music. The full cafe menu is also available on the Snap2 website.
